SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS handling time on all orders. Some items may take an additional 2-3 business days to process. After it ships, you will be sent an email/ text message with your tracking information. Shipping cost were charged at a flat rate of RM10 per item (for West Malaysia) and RM15 (for East Malaysia).

EXCHANGE POLICY

• You can exchange your purchase within 30 days.
• We will exchange any items with manufacturing faults that are returned in original packaging. We will not exchange for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged through wear and tear.
• We will not exchange if you require another size/fit so please make sure you view the size charts before confirming your order. We will however issue an exchange if your item is damaged when supplied photo evidence and still has tags on the garment, or as long as the item is in its original, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc. You’ll need to send us a self-addressed reply paid envelope/slip and your original invoice along with the item in its original packaging and condition.
• Sales items and any products sold at discounted prices are non-exchangeable.
• We do not refund or exchange products if you change your mind.
